Missing from Mainstream Media

    12 Year old Jameshia Conners went missing after leaving choir practice in November 2009 in Chicago, Illinois. An Amber alert was never issued and Jameshia was found strangled to death 2 weeks laters. Jameshia’s family said they felt there could have been more media attention  to find her. Community activists and politicians have come forward to push for a justice in this case and to dig deeper into why this story was missed by mainstream media. Fair Media Images is also working on this case to draw national attention to this case and others like it.
